Litigation Paralegal Lydia Yu

Lydia Yu was raised in Southern Washington and relocated to the Seattle area to attend the University of Washington. After graduating from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature (pre-law emphasis), she worked for a public interest organization before transitioning to the personal injury field. Lydia supports the firm’s litigation caseload, including drafting pleadings and discovery, coordinating depositions, and preparing cases for arbitration, mediation and trial. She has a keen analytical eye and is excellent at tracking down hard-to-find evidence and witnesses.

Lydia speaks English, French and Korean. She is planning to start law school in 2023 and we know she will pursue her upcoming law career with the same focus, integrity and intellect that she brings to work as a paralegal.

When she is not reviewing documents, Lydia can be found spending time with her partner and their two cats, Bill and Ted.
